Placing an Order
Placing an order is easy! All you need to do is email us letting us know what you would like. If you would like to place a custom order, send us an email and or picture of what you would like. Please be detailed if you would like any specifics to your order.We will be in contact within 1-3 days to go over your order and pricing. Also we will provide our Paypal account information for payment via email. We accept cash, money orders, checks, and cashiers checks. Shipping & Handling
Depending where you live☺, we have two options for you to choose from!
Option 1: If you live near Chico, California we would be happy to deliver! We would love to get to meet you and hand you personally your order.
Option 2: If you are placing an order outside our area, we would ship you your order via USPS. Shipping costs can vary depending on the size of the order. It will vary anywhere from $3-$5. If you live outside the US, we would be happy to ship internationally! International rates would apply. We can always go over shipping costs via email!
Return Policy
Wonderland Crafts guarantees 100% satisfaction, that you will adore our creation! We take pride in handcrafting all our orders to make sure our customers are 100% happy. If you happen not to love it, simply return it and you will recieve full money back. Please provide a explaination for the return via email. You must return your order no longer than 14 days. Anything over 14 days will not be eligable for return. Also if you are un-satisfied with your order please email us and we would be more than happy to assist you. Our priority is to make sure our customers are taken care of. We strive to provide excellent customer service ☺
